The contest “CREATIVE IN THE REACH” 2019 the field of agriculture in the southeast of Vietnam – The application file is sent to the Center of Science and Technology Development for Youth before July 20, 2019
SUBJECT:
– Organizations and individuals have solutions and models applied in the agricultural sector (new production solutions, models that bring appropriate benefits and profits, suitable crops for local soil is highly economical)
– Encourage solutions to apply information technology and digitalization in agricultural cultivation, product distribution and improve the value chain of goods (software of geographical indications, programs to simulate environmental conditions, forecasts effectiveness in agricultural cultivation).
– Encourage diffuse models in the community, bringing communication and regional coherence effects (models of start-up youth, models of product consumption and distribution among localities, business cooperation models – state).
– Products participating in the contest have not been awarded prizes of regional or higher scale.
CONTENT AND FORM:

– The products participating in the competition are models and solutions that have been applied in the field of agriculture and have not been awarded prizes in regional or higher scale competitions.
+ Application of mechanics, engineering and automation in agriculture.
+ Application of electricity and electronics in agriculture.
+ Innovative agricultural products, serving health and education.
+ Producing agricultural products and accessories.
+ Application of information technology in agriculture.
+ Application of biotechnology in agriculture.
+ Other applications increase the value of agricultural products.

– The author submits the application file to the Organizer including:
+ Registration form (according to the attached form).
+ Product explanation (according to the attached form).
+ Model of product introduction information through movies, pictures, presentations, real products (if any).
+ Product introduction poster (if any).
CONTEST ORGANIZATION PROCESS:
+ Preliminary round: submit and approve at the Department of Science and Technology of the Southeast Region. The Department of Science and Technology actively establishes a council for evaluation and approval of product dossiers. The number of products of each unit meeting the criteria in the preliminary round is 8 products.
+ Semi-final rounds: Qualified documents from the Department of Science and Technology are reviewed and evaluated at the Department of Trade and Industry, Ministry of Science and Technology. The Department of Justice Development established an evaluation and appraisal committee. The number of standard products in the semi-final is 15 products.
+ Final round: products meeting the standards from the semi-finals will be evaluated and approved for awards in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province.
TIME AND PLACE:
- Time:
+ Time for receiving dossiers and approving preliminary rounds at Science and Technology Departments from the date of issuance of the plan to the end of May 20, 2019.
+ Time to receive dossiers and organize the approval at the Southern Department of Science and Technology until the end of July 20, 2019 (dossiers of eligibility from the preliminary round to be sent to Department of Science and Technology from the Departments of Science and Technology) Organizing the review of semi-final rounds at the Department of Foreign Trade on August 20, 2019.
+ Products meeting the criteria for the final round will be voted and awarded in the final round in Ba Ria – Vung Tau province on September 20, 2019.
Each product has a maximum of 10 minutes of presentation in front of the panel of judges at the final round.
- Location:
– The contest participant sends the profile of the preliminary rounds directly or by post to the Competition Organizing Committee at the Departments of Science and Technology of the provinces.
– The Contest Organizing Committee only receives the dossier and results of the preliminary round through the Department of Science and Technology of provinces and cities.
– Department of Science and Technology of provinces and cities is a focal point in information dissemination process and receiving applications for participating in the competition to social-economic organizations, political unions, businesses and individuals at local.
COMPETITION PRIZES STRUCTURE:
The Jury Council judges and proposes the Organizing Committee to commend products according to the following structure:
+ 01 First Prize: Bonus, Certificate and Certificate of Merit.
+ 02 Second Prize: Bonus, Certificate and Certificate of Merit.
+ 03 Third Prize: Bonus, Certificate and Certificate of Merit.
+ 09 Consolation prizes: Bonus, Certificate and Certificate of Merit.
The number and composition of prizes can be changed at the request of the Jury and agreed by the Organizing Committee.
