Based on the Joint Plan No. 02-KHLT / KHCNT-DHCNTP issued on June 10, 2019, between the Center of Science and Technology Development for Youth in cooperation with  Ho Chi Minh City University of Food Industry organized the 3rd Scientific Conference “Food Safety and Food Security” in 2019, the Conference Organizing Committee informed about the invitation to submit articles for the Conference, specifically as follows:

– Officers and lecturers working at universities, colleges, institutes, centers and research institutes nationwide.

– Students and master students are currently studying at universities, colleges, and institutes all over the country.

– Domestic and foreign agencies and enterprises related to food and food issues.

– The Conference Program consists of 2 parts: General Science Conference and Symposium Session. The General Science Conference will explore issues of Food Safety and Vietnam Food Security, future sustainable food development orientations and joint research plans on related topics. mandarin

– The symposium was divided into two parallel reporting sub-committees, the Food Safety Subcommittee and the Food Security Subcommittee will focus on addressing Vietnam’s challenges to ensure food safety and nutrition, nurturing in processing technology, food safety originating from biotechnology, controlling and controlling food-borne pathogens, increasing nutritional values ​​from agricultural products. Cooperation program between organizations with the aim of providing safe food for health and environmental protection in Vietnam and progressing to supplement nutrition and improve the condition of Vietnamese people.

– Presentation reports with a general and diverse scale at the Scientific Conference to share ideas, solve challenges and discuss strategies on Food Safety and Food Security.

– All authors / groups of authors who have articles participating in the Conference are granted the certificate of participation of the Organizing Committee.

– Articles submitted for participation were assessed by the Review Science Council as good quality after being revised to be published in the Proceedings of the Scientific Conference (with indicators ISBN).

– Award-winning articles at the Conference will be supported with criticism and policy priorities published in the Vietnam Journal of Chemistry – Vietnam Academy of Science and Technology has ISSN 0866- 7144 and Vietnam Journal of Science and Technology (English and Vietnamese) are currently published by 17 Council of State Professors and interdisciplinary professors.

  • First Prize: 3,000,000 VND / prize + Merit

– The Organizing Committee and the Scientific Council will evaluate from the topics that won the First Prize of the Conference to select one project with the best quality, special award, the topic with this special prize will be supported with funding. 80,000,000 – 100,000,000 VND from the Nursery Program by the Center of Science and Technology Development for Youth in order to continue to improve research topics.
