On the evening of July 1, 2019, the Center for Science and Technology Development for Youth in collaboration with Cadre Development of HCM city organized the opening ceremony of the “Scientific Research Methods and Skills” for students institute. The course will guide students to find research ideas, practice critical thinking, as well as skills to organize a topic on a scientific research topic.
