Center of Science and Technology Development for Youth – Ho Chi Minh Youth Union of Ho Chi Minh City in collaboration with the Center for Information Technology Development at University of Information Technology – National University of Ho Chi Minh City organizes training and examination for Application Information certificates Basic and advanced IT for Youth Union members, young people, cadres and civil servants have the following needs:
1. Objects
– Youth union members and youth in Ho Chi Minh City and other localities have demand.
– Officials and employees, and workers.

Use Window Operating System
Use Internet
Microsoft Word
Microsoft Excel
Microsoft Power Point
Certificate: granted by the University of Information Technology – National University of Ho Chi Minh City with national validity according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training.
Basic IT application certificates are used to replace previously granted A, B, and C computer applications (Clause 2, Article 23 of Circular 17/2016 / TTLT-BGDDT-BTTTT dated June 21 / 2016).

02 Photos of size 4cm x 6cm in which 01 photo is attached to the registration form, 01 image on the back with full name and date of birth in an envelope and 01 notarized copy of people’s identity card or citizenship card .
Exam fees and certification fees are only VND 1,200,000 / person
4. Preferential and support policies
– Discount 30% for the following subjects:
+ Union officials at all levels from Executive Youth Union Member branch (submit with approval decision)
+ Base Union set up a list of members to take the exam (minimum 5 people or more)
+ For the referral units from 20 people or more, the organizer will arrange appropriate exam time according to the needs of the unit
– Discount 20% for the following subjects:
+ Members of HCM Communist Youth Union, members include: Youth Union Association, Student Association (with admission card or decision);
+ Workers directly producing (certified by the unit).
– All students are tested again for free if they don’t.
5. Time for exam administration and certification
The notification center for registration and review of the organization started from June 2019. Exam schedule is held on: Morning, afternoon of Friday / Saturday / Sunday in the 3rd and 4th week every month.
